To Change your address only
You can call our office to update your address over the phone only if it is an address change within Bay County. You may also provide the change in writing and a new card will be sent to you. If you are changing your address from another Florida county you must use the Florida Voter Registration application found here.
To Change your name or party
If you are a registered voter in Bay County and your name has changed or you would like to change your party affiliation, you must use the Florida Voter Registration Application or your request cannot be processed. You can also use the online voter registration application form linked below to request any of these changes.
- Mail back the completed and signed form to Bay County Election Center, 205 Mosley Drive, Lynn Haven, FL, 32444, to register to vote in Bay County.
- ALL ITEMS WITHIN THE BOLD BORDERED BOX MUST BE COMPLETED AND THE FORM SIGNED TO BE A VALID REGISTRATION FORM WHEN RETURNED!
- This form requires Adobe Acrobat reader. Depending on your version of Acrobat, you may be able to fill in the form with your computer before you print it. If the PDF form is filled in online, it must be printed out and signed prior to mailing.
PLEASE NOTE that you cannot initially register to vote or change your party affiliation within 29 days of an election, while the books are closed.
