| Comments : | I have had the privilege of serving you as a Commissioner for the past 10 years. These days are exciting times for our rich, historic city. The city is growing and its future outlook is positive. Lynn Haven is a progressive city and needs progressive leadership to keep up with the times. YOUR Commission is trying to make sure that we do not regress but progress in the days to come.
The city is in excellent financial shape and people are moving here because of our small town atmosphere and charm. We now have over 15,000 residents so this tells me that we must be doing something right to attract this many people! We have lived through some rough, difficult times, but you have continued to elect leaders who are not afraid of making the tough decisions without compromising our quality of life. The people you have elected are here to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.
I now ask you to continue to support the present Commission as we move forward. There is an old clique that says "if it is not broken, don't fix it." I can assure you that the city does not need "fixing."
Please continue to support YOUR Commission in its efforts in providing proven leadership for all of Lynn Haven.
