| Comments : | The reason I'm running is very simple. The people of Bay County deserve an honest and dedicated elected official. This is a critical time for the people of this County. We face many complex issues such as County wide storm water drainage , paving dirt roads, growth management, long range budget planning and, most importantly, the environment.
I would like to see a County and Municipal Partnership to coordinate land use planning, and facilitate joint city-county planning. Long-range planning is essential to the future of Bay County.
Economic Development is of utmost importance for creation of higher paying jobs. We need to work diligently to recruit and retain businesses and Implement Economic Incentive Programs to encourage small/disadvantaged business enterprises to the area.
I feel that my experience as an elected official has well prepared me for the tasks involved in effectively serving this County as a County Commissioner.
I humbly ask for your vote on August 31st. Together we can make a difference.
