My primary goal will be to provide the best education available to all children. I will always listen to all people whether it be as a coach, mentor, or friend. I feel strongly that we need to improve communications between children, parents, educators and board members and I will have an open door policy.

My second goal will be to strive for higher salaries and improve benefits for all school employees. I am committed to higher salaries for beginning teachers to ensure that Bay County is not loosing new teachers to other neighboring states or counties. I will vote against any pay raises for board members until the beginning teachers receive a higher starting salary than board members.

My final goal will be to visit each school as often as possible to meet with children, parents, and staff.
