| Comments : | I have a highly accomplished 20 year record of service as a law enforcement officer of Bay County, retiring from the Panama City Police Department as an Investigator. I have a proven ability to lead on key issues and establish law enforcement initiatives within the local school system with the implementation of the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program. My record sustains a responsible approach in determining policies and programs consistent with state law and rules necessary for the efficient operation of the largest county system, which consists of three thousand five hundred employees, thirty-six restaurants, over forty facilities, and the largest transportation system. I maintained fiscal responsibility in the preparation, adoption, and implementation of an annual budget totaling over two hundred million to promote the improvement of the largest run county system. I am a respected community leader for a commitment with the “Salvage Santa” program locally and nationally.
