| Comments : | WHO IS ROBERT WALKER?
I was born and raised in Springfield. I am 51 years old, married to Diane for twenty-six years and have three children and grandchildren. I am an active member of the Springfield Community Church and have owned my own business for the past twenty years.
I am a third generation Walker with a fourth and fifth generation now living in Springfield. These are my roots. I know the City of Springfield and have seen it grow over the years.
I believe in God and Country and I believe it is the quality and character of a person as well as experience that qualifies one for public office. I believe treating people equally, from children to seniors, is the right thing to do. My record as Mayor for the last four years speaks for itself. I have been your Mayor and I have served your interests.
As your full time elected Mayor I will continue to put the interests of the citizens of Springfield first. Please cast your vote for me April 22, 2003.
