| Comments : | Mike Thomas was born and raised in Bay County. A graduate of Bay High School in 1966, Mike served our country in the U.S. Army with tours in Vietnam and Panama.
Mike is married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Today, Mike owns Mike's Diner and Thomas Donut and Snack Shop on Panama City Beach.
Mike has served as a volunteer firefighter, a Panama City Beach councilman, and on the Bay County Commission.
Mike will continue to make decisions that will help to build Bay County's economy and create jobs that will keep and bring families to our area.
Mike will continue to create recreational parks and attractions, increasing the opportunities for family based entertainment county-wide.
Mike will continue to ensure our county lives within its means, knowing that the only money government has, it gets from its people.
