	Comments :	Why You should elect me as your new Commissioner..... Let's face it we are all pretty much fed up with the graft and corruption that has spread like cancer over Bay County Government and it's past time that we restored government back to the people. We must unite as one county and one people determined to take back what is rightfully ours and share equally in the prosperity of our future with New Jobs, Opportunity and Progress. I believe that if the Republician Party's leadership and Big Time Developers of Bay County can try to take our beaches away from us and make them "Private", Then You and I can pass a new County Ordinance to make them all Public! Almost $50 Million Dollars of our tax money was spent on re-nourishing that beach and private property. If you elect me I'll demand that they fork over the money or give us our beach back and make it all public. We each have a vested interest in it because God gave all of us that precious gift! I'll also demand that we pass strict new zoning laws and building regulations that are for everyone and I'll push to develop and revitalize all Bay County...not just the Beach, with government block grants for neighborhood redevelopment along with new roads and water and sewer infrastructure for St Andrews, Panama City, Lynn Haven, Springfield, Parker, Callaway, Cedar Grove and Mexico Beach. No one wants to live in a house with no water to drink or one that has sewer backed up into it. When I was at the United States Environmental Protection Agency Headquarters, I learned this is the biggest headache facing America today...Crumbling Infrastructure or lack of it! If you elect me as your Commissioner, I'll demand that the Big Developers and land Owners pay their fair share in the costs to build a better Bay County, where we can all be winners with higher incomes, better jobs and improved quality of life. I believe that in the future we must continue to rely upon our youth, not necessarily a time of life, but a quality of imagination, a mountain of courage and a appetite for adventure...See You Election Day! Here are some of my qualifications: * Former CEO/Computer Systems & Software Development Co. * Former Investigaitve Reporter & Criminal Intelligence Analyst. * Experienced Veteran in the War On Drugs in America. * Exposed Police Agencies - Sheriffs Office - Prosecutors "soliciting Bribes and Cash Payoffs", in Cash Register Justice Scam (1993). * Have Worked over 15 years for Positive Change in Bay County Government as an... *Environmental Activist and Good Government Watchdog.
