Over 25 Years of Professional Appraisal Experience.

* Over Twenty Five Years EXPERIENCE in Mass Appraisals and Tax Roll Production.
* Twenty one years EXPERIENCE working for the Bay County Property Appraiser, under the leadership of the late Richard J. Davis, from 1982 until his death and replacement in April of 2003.
* Management EXPERIENCE as the Computer Systems Manager for the Bay County Property Appraiser for 17 years.
* Leadership EXPERIENCE. Was a consultant to 17 other Florida Property Appraisers, training their employees in Mass Appraisals, tax roll preparations using the CAMA appraisal software.
* Professional EXPERIENCE by being certified by the Florida Department of Revenue as a Certified Florida Evaluator/Appraiser.
* Life long resident of Bay County. 1976 graduate of Rutherford High School. Received AS degree in Data Processing from Gulf Coast Community College in 1979.
* FAA Licensed private pilot.
* Married to my wife Sheryl.
I am asking for your support as I seek the position of Bay County Property Appraiser. The taxpayers of Bay County have had a hard lesson in the importance of electing a qualified candidate for this important post. We all know that our community needs a property appraiser who is experienced and willing to serve the needs of the people. If elected, I will do just that. Please allow me to serve.
