Comment:
Gayle Oberst is a strong leader with experience who is working fulltime for the citizens of Panama City Beach. I believe in a better quality of life for those of us who live here, more affordable services, equal representation for all in government and in respresenting the citizens with dignity, honesty and respect.
I am involved in and have knowledge of local civic, business and community matters to include: Beaches Chamber and Bay County Chamber of Commerce Boards, Economic Development Board for both chambers, VFW, Surfside School Advisory Council, Women's Civic Club, Kiwanis, Gulf Coast Medical Center Board, FSU Panama City Campus Board, Bay County Metropolian Transportation Org., Senior and youth activiites, and Beach Care Services Board.

Education:
M. B. A.with emphasis in Management
B. S. in Business Adm. and Marketing
Advanced graduate work

Experience:
Retired University Administrator (VP Finance and Administration, Executive Assistant to President, Director of Public Relations, etc.) and Professor in the School of Business. Former Coordinator of the Citizens Leadership Institute at GCCC. Years of experience in Business and Industry training. Have lived and worked in various countries (since husband is retired military) and in several states.
