Comments :

Arriving in Panama City in 1985, Greg took ownership of Cooper's News, one of Panama City's historic downtown businesses. After 20 years as a small business owner, Greg began his second career in real estate with Exit Innovative Realty in downtown Panama City. Greg believes "Our citizens deserve good services and a responsive government without higher taxes."

Greg values and enjoys his community involvement in local organizations including the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Bay, and the Bay County Association of Realtors where he serves on the Professional Standards Committee. Greg is also an active supporter of and participant in community arts including the Panama City Music Association, Bay Arts Alliance, Kaleidoscope Theatre, and The Martin Theatre.

Greg believes it is important for citizens of Panama City to believe in and trust their elected officials. Greg's pledge to the citizens of Panama City is to earn their trust through hard work and dedication. He will treat others with mutual respect and work to create harmony among fellow commissioners and the board.

Greg believes that a key component of good government is accountability to its citizens. Greg will be responsive, available, approachable, and will address your concerns in a timely manner. Greg will be accountable to those he is elected to serve.

Greg believes government should not live beyond its means and should be run like a business. The future fiscal health of Panama City relies upon commissioners who understand that public officials are not given a blank check. Greg promises to be a good steward of your tax dollars.
